My name is Brandon Sparks-Moffett. I was a part of the Hardin-Simmons Men’s Track & Lacrosse Team from 2015-2020. I established all-time listings at my University.
I’m a Former 100, 200, 400 meter runner , With Certifications in (Physical Fitness, Coaching, and Diploma in Anatomy and Human Physiology) with emphasis in speed training for all sports and ages.
My goal is to have a simple belief that training programs should be created to help individuals of every athletic ability achieve their goals and reach their full potential in their sport. The fundamentals and structure of my programs are designed to optimize the athletic performance of any athlete on the court, track, field, or ice.
With my programs we will dial in on specific frameworks for all aspects of speed development, including first-step/starting, acceleration, maximum velocity sprinting, change-of-direction agility, and non-linear locomotive speed.
Attendees of my workouts will combine information from their current understandings of exercise physiology and physical training as it applies to general populations with the information and practical teachings of this to render movement-specific training plans, targeted programming content, and optimum effective dose recommendations to optimize the realization of genetic potential for speed.
Each Option is a Selected Variety of Workouts picked by myself that easily be altered and adjusted as we navigate your fitness journey.
